Tour can be canceled as late as one hour before the pick up, so make sure you check your email frequently. However if the forecast is good and tour is ON but the sighting was not possible we don’t offer any refunds. We do offer retry free of charge! The retry can be used up to three years from the day of the tour. Important thing to know: Please book the tour on the first night of your trip.
