South Africa is located at the southern tip of Africa. To the north it is bordered by Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe. On the east are Mozambique and Swaziland. South Africa is the 25th-largest country in the world by land area, with just over 1,214,000 square kilometres, and with a population close to 53 million people. South Africa has three capitals, Cape Town, Pretoria and Bloemfontein. The country is so vast that there a literally many places to visit if you decide to hire a campervan here.
Landmarks in South Africa include, Kruger National Park, Robben Island, Soweto, Blyde River Canyon National Park, Table Mountain, Two Oceans Aquarium and Victoria Falls.
