Uncover the paths of the underground corridors during our half-day, 4-hour trip from Krakow, where it all begins. After 30–40 minutes of driving, you will get to the Wieliczka Salt Mine and join an English guide.
The guide will bring you closer to the history of the place and show you the most important places in the underground world. A guided tour of Wieliczka Salt Mine usually takes around 2–2.5 hours. During the tour, you will be able to visit St. Kinga’s Chapel, a 54-meter-long and almost 12-meter-high chapel that resembles the interiors of medieval wooden churches and is a real underground wonder with breathtaking chandeliers made of salt crystals, underground corridors, and landscapes that cannot be seen on the surface, such as saline lakes and beautiful underground chambers.
On a standard tourist route, visitors have to walk around 800 stairs, including 400 at the entrance. After the tour, our driver will drive you back to Krakow.
