Our journey begins with a visit to Groot Constantia Wine Estate, the oldest wine producing farm in South Africa. Explore the original Cape Dutch Manor House; visit the famed Cloete cellar, birthplace of the renowned Grand Constance, the oldest wine in South Africa, enjoyed by Emperors and Kings. Indulge in a wine tasting of five award-winning wines in a crystal glass (the glass is yours to take home as a souvenir) and be inspired by South African art. Then we’re off to Buitenverwachting Wine Estate, a stunning wine farm steeped in history, producing acclaimed handcrafted wines. Enjoy a wine tasting in the historic wine cellar with its traditional thatched roof, whitewashed walls and yellow-wood ceilings. We return to Cape Town via a scenic coastal drive, known as Platinum Mile, passing Llandudno, Camps Bay, Clifton and Sea Point.
