For our Aurora Lodge Viewing Tour, we select one of the best Aurora viewing lodges in the area, to give you not only the best chance possible, to view the Northern Lights, but also provide you with the comfort of a warm and safe area.
This is bringing the Aurora viewing to a whole new level. You will not only have a warm spot to wait for the Aurora to show up, but also have a great local tour guide with you. He or she will be able to answer all of your questions and provide you with additional information.
After a convenient pick up from your hotel inside the city limits, we will leave the city lights behind us in our spacious vans ensuring each guests comfort.
PLEASE NOTE that visibility of the northern lights (aurora) is not guaranteed. It is a natural phenomenon we have no control over and no refunds will be given if the aurora cannot be seen.

We had a great experience with aurora lodge viewing trip. Jimmy from Alaska Wildlife Guide LLC was very friendly and knowledgeable. Lodge was comfy. Most importantly, my husband lost his cell phone in the van, I called the next day, and they helped us found it and returned it to our hotel! We really appreciated it!

Tour was great. Everything from initial registration to confirmation of pickup time by driver/guide to actual aurora viewing. We have done another similar tour and this one was, by far, so much better and totally awesome in comparison. Priced right, attention to details, extremely polite and courteous driver, Jared….couldn’t have been a better evening. Jared even gave us a brief history of Fairbanks and answered all our questions.
The lodge was nice with complimentary coffee, cocoa, wine and cookies. The presentation was informative. The personal portraits were such a nice surprise.
Had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

Jim and Jean made us feel comfortable, they were very knowledgeable! The log lodge was nice and warm, there were cookies and tea!! Thank you Moke (spelling?) for being such a gracious host! We were so lucky to see the lights! Will definitely let’s our friends know this is the way to go !!!

This was quite a good tour. We spent about 4 hours going outside periodically to see the Aurora, There was a brief lecture on the Aurora by a person from the lodge that was a bit dry and could have used more visual aids. They also took pics of us with the Aurora behind us.

Beautiful sky’s and wonderful cabin. We came for a quick trip from California and it was well worth it. Safe driver on snowy roads and wonder place with friendly owner opening his home to watch the sky from.

Tony was so much fun! He was able to pick us up at our AirBnB in Fairbanks and brought the culture of Alaska with him. He had many great stories to share with the group and kept a positive attitude throughout. As it was unfortunately a very cloudy day, our experience was being picked up around 10, driving out to a cabin with a few other folks that had refreshments, and hanging in and out of the cabin until 2am or so.

The agency picked me up at the scheduled time! Rebecca was super attentive and provided all the necessary information! The location chosen to see the Northern Lights is excellent. Localization is good and comfortable.

It is my opinion this company does not do right by its customers. From many hours before our start time, the sky of 100% cloud cover and snowing. The roads were dangerously slick. The company could have canceled the tour and offered a refund or reschedule, as other companies do, but did not. It is my opinion this company is more interested in collecting money than in the experience of their customers. The only reason I give them a 2 instead of 0 is because of their outstanding guide, Tony. He gets a 10!

Tony was very resourceful and super knowledgeable. We learnt a lot about Fairbanks from him . We couldn't see the northern lights due to the snow storm. But Tony kept us company with the bunch of interesting stories .
