The company was originally started by husband and wife duo Gus and Carolyn Trouchet, who took a gamble and started the business from their own personal savings. Gus and Carolyn then passed the business down to their two boys Luke and Karl Trouchet.
Luke and Karl both saw the potential of the Australian campervan hire industry, and branched the business out into new countries such as the USA, New Zealand and Canada. Yet irrespective of how large Apollo Campervan Holidays has become, they still pride themselves on being a family owned and run Australian business, and always will always maintain that personalised service, can do attitude, and attention to detail.
