The tour guide Monica was fabulous. She was very knowledgeable and patient. The boat ride to Lindt factory was fun.

Wonderful way to see a lot of Zurich in one day. Great tour guide, comfy bus fun boat ride to chocolate factory. Boat and chocolate had nice cafes where we had small bites and wine.

We really enjoyed this tour. It was easy to find the pickup point and after having been in Zurich two days, it was really nice to see the other neighborhoods while on the bus tour. We unfortunately had foggy weather so we didn't get the best views but it was till nice to hear about the different neighborhoods and a brief history. Timing of the tour was great where there was time for a lunch snack (food not included) before taking the ferry to Lindt.
Our tour guide was incredibly nice and helpful explaining the ferry and where to get off as well as how to get back to the city. With Lindt being out of the city, I'm glad we took this tour so that we didn't get lost getting there and tickets were already prepurchased. Lindt was a really cool tour with ample amount of chocolate to try. We loved the gift shop, trying to figure out which chocolate we can't access easily here.
We would definitely recommend this tour. The tour guide also told us how to get back to the city and even told us which route we needed to be on to get where we were going, which was very nice.

You know, when you can cut fog with a knife, they should just cancel the tour and issue refunds….couldn't see anything on our supposed bus stops (drove right by one) or on the ferry ride to Lindt. We were told “that is nature”. We could have went to Lindt chocolate factory on our own, instead we drove around in a bus hearing about the financial district, Zurich Insurance, etc. Our guide was very knowledgeable but you just know from the beginning when it’s going to be a dud, waste of money.

On this tour guide Gallous provided us with a wealth of knowledge that allowed us to match places with past and present facts. He was patien, friendly, kind snd helpful. The driver skilfully navigated the route inspire of the traffic. I like the fact that onnthis tour I got to sample different modes of transportation thus giving me a vast amount of experience.

We really enjoyed the route we took during the excursion. The visit to the chocolate factory was quite impressive. However, I was hoping for more from our tour guide - more historical facts and some interesting anecdotes or stories.

Save time by having wine history if Zürich. Ferry ride on lake Zurich n Lindt chocolate factory.
Food and drinks on Zurich cruise are totally way over priced. Nuggets are not nice at all. Don’t bother ordering food on the cruise. It’s not worth it.
