Zoo Miami is the ideal place for an individual, a couple, or an entire family to spend a day. As a matter of fact, visitors can travel the world in one day. They will visit Africa, Asia, the Amazon, and Australia. Zoo Miami consists of 340 developed acres with more than 3,000 animals and over 1,200 plants and trees. This admission ticket allows you to go straight to the gate, and for an additional fee guests can feed giraffes, or parrots, . My worse experience ever ! Customer service is probably the worst in the world, im from Tampa and the difference prices and professionalism is insane plus i lost 50 dollars because i couldn’t rent the animal scooter please don’t go

Web arrived around 11 am to find many areas closed or under construction. The signs were not very clear so make sure to grab a map.

Nice place but need to be hydrated. If you are going with family and kids pls make sure that you rent the 5-seater bicycle, it's worth. Our tour started only after we got the bicycle at 2pm until then with scorching sun and kids' impatience was troubling the trip. Bicycle with canopy made it worth, we were able to see many places by staying in the bike - even no need to get down.

We had a wonderful experience at the zoo. The cycle tour was exceptionally smooth and enjoyable, and we found the zoo layout and directions user-friendly.
One of the most remarkable aspects of our visit was the impressive variety of animals. It was truly a joy to see so many different species in their habitats, and unlike some other zoos, the animals were active and visible, not hidden away. My son declared this the best zoo visit we've ever had, and I wholeheartedly agree. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to the Miami Metro Zoo. Overall it was good but there were a few disappointments. The zoo didn’t seem as plush and green as it used to be. A lot of empty areas with no animals. And the price of a soft pretzel was ridiculous. I don’t even pay $8 at a stadium. Hopefully they can clean it up and make it better.
I definitely recommend going in the morning when it’s cooler and less crowded. By 2pm on a Sunday it was packed. Bring your own water bottle. They have refill stations thru out the zoo.
My 2yr old great niece had a great time!

We decided to book a VIP experience because of the sheer size of the zoo. The animals looked healthy and well groomed. The paths and zoo environs were clean
The Zoo Transportation Guide was the icing on the cake. She was knew all the animals by name. I highly recommend her- she was awesome!

Very very cool Zoo. Underrated in my opinion. This place was stunning. Well thought out, very large but comfortable. Highly recommend for a family seeking adventure.

No waiting when we arrived ,parking no problem .
All staff very helpful.
Food and drink outlets plentiful .
A very clean and tidy set up.
Animal enclosures well designed to show off the animals and birds.
