What a view of all the falls! And lots of fun. Staff were all very courteous. Price is right! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

It was raining we didn’t zip line. The customer service wasn’t good for a first time visit. Hopefully it’s better next time.

We didn't go. We were there there the day prior and didn't see a single person go down the zipline. We were uneased by not seeing anyone go. We actually called to make sure the zipline was operational. We made the decision to just not go out of fear.

Awesome experience. My friends and I had a blast! Definitely recommend. Great price. Wish it was longer but it was worth it.

The zip line was amazing, the view and the length of the trip down was perfect. The end of the encounter was a bit unstructured, as there were two men unhooking the harnesses who didn’t give any direction. So I waites at the platform for the rest of the zipliners to come down, we went to get the “ride back up” and nobody showed up. A few minutes of waiting and we started walking ourselves back up, when finally a golf cart came down and the man was rather upset we didn’t wait for him. The zip line wasn’t even that busy, why was nobody there ready to take us back up? Maybe having a little more attention to detail at the end here, instead of multiple crew members trying to sell us video of our experience, have another staff member ready to help bring people back up to their families. Overall great experience!!! My second time and will continue to do again and again
