Zipline, Horse Ride, Swim, Tubing and Ocean Outpost Park

This is the “one” place with structured and organized touristic adventures. The horseback ride is the best of all. The others are so so. Zip line was nothing impressive. Infinite pool and beaches are gorgeous and pleasant to enjoy, service is excellent and staff was great. Photos of the horseback ride were nothing different than the ones we took ourselves. They need to do a better job and print it with a Jamaica photo. I paid $50 dollars for 5 online photos and looking back, they were not in anyway better than my own. At least it is an option if you do not have anyone to take them. The only other thing we didn’t like was the fact that we were the only family enjoying the pool and we asked the DJ to lower his super loud music and he said he could not. There was nobody anywhere near the music and he did not have a good reason to say no. Anyway, this trip was worth because of the horseback ride and the beautiful beach,

Seeing my 7 year old enjoy the zipline and not being scared. The horseback ride in the ocean was something everyone should try.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the zip lining, blue hole and river tubing experience with Chukka tours was. The guides were extremely helpful, engaging, a pleasure to be around, informative and above all with a focus on safety and security for all. The photographs attached show me zip lining above the white river, enjoying the waterfalls at the blue hole, tubing on the river and then posing with my guides, Damoni ( lady on the left of me in the photo) Tiny ( on my right in the photo and Sir Mark next to Damoni in the photo, they were the best to be with, kind, helpful a real joy to be with, it’s a not to be missed experience in Ocho Rios, Jamaica

Had an absolutely sensational time doing the zip line and tubing.
“Spider-Man” Peter and Jake were the best zip line guides for a first-timer like me. Both young men made sure I felt safe and that I had a fun experience. I will definitely do this excursion on my next trip. Ya Mon!

We went to Chukka for zip-lining, and we had a fantastic experience! Shout-out to the instructor who made it so much more fun – Earl, Onesta, and Giovanni – they all contributed to making this experience truly enjoyable. The facility is excellent; we also loved the pool and water slide after the zip-lining. I highly recommend this place.

The staff was so accommodating and patient with us. My friend and I were terrified while doing the zip lining and they helped us overcome our fears! The catamaran was a VIBE!! Book now. You’ll definitely enjoy yourself

We booked our excursion through Sandals which is where we are staying. We were told to meet for the bus at 710am to go to Chukka. We picked up guests from 3 different resorts (not from other Sandals). We drove about 1 hour to the Chukka outpost and when we arrived we waited in line to check in and receive our wristbands (which took over 20 minutes). My husband and I were the only two in the entire line (of about 35 people) who were weighed prior to getting our wristbands and the staff was not very friendly or helpful at all. We then waited over an hour for our first excursion, which was ATVs. The instructors for the ATVs were great and knowledgeable, but we rode for about 25 minutes and had been there for almost 3 hours at this point. Then, I was waiting for my zipline time which took almost 2 hours after the ATVs ended. The instructors again were great but there was a large group of people waiting to zip line and it took forever to actually zip line. After that, it was about 1230, but our bus was not scheduled to leave to come back until 530pm. We were told to have lunch (which was included and was a piece of chicken, rice, and a Dixie cup of juice). We still had the water rafting, but we were disgusted at this point because we felt like we wasted an entire day. They do have a pool, a bar, and restaurant, but we are staying at an all-inclusive resort, therefore why would we spend all that additional money. We felt very uncomfortable all day, I did not feel well, and at this point, we just wanted to leave (considering we were supposed to stay until 530). We asked at the desk if we could leave on an earlier bus, and they said yes, but then we were told we had to tell the front desk. They asked why we wanted to leave and I told them I didn’t feel good. Their response was “ok well we can’t give you a refund.” Honestly at that point we didn’t even care about the refund but just wanted to get out of there and the staff was just not helpful or accommodating at all. In my opinion, it’s not worth the money or waste of the day.

We did the White River Tubing with Carla as our guide and Ryan as our driver. Ryan did an excellent job on some very rough roads. Carla was a great guide full of interesting history and facts that she shared along the way. She did a commendable job keeping everyone organized and in place. On the river tubing, Claudia and Omar were excellent at keeping us together and moving, and they were very patient with us older folks.

The horseback riding, zip line, and rafting was so much fun! Troy was a guide for horseback riding he was very patient, also Nasir, Troy and Mario made us feel safe while allowing us to enjoy the zip line. Also, Jumain was so much fun as our river rafting guide. We will definitely book again.
