This whole day group tour from Krakow gives you an opportunity to admire the landscape of the splendid Tatra Mountains covered with snow. First you will visit Chochołów village and admire local, wooden architecture, then Zakopane with famous Krupowki Street, Our driver/guide will take care of you during your tour and will show you the most popular sites of Zakopane – examples of the wooden architecture, Wielka Krokiew ski jump etc. In the meantime you will have time to experience Zakopane on your own.
In the afternoon you will experience full of joy sleigh ride in one of the picturesque valleys. After about 1 hour sleigh ride, there's a bonfire for you, and you will be treated with warm pork sausages, smoked cheese - “oscypek” and Highlander's tea with a "kick". Sleigh ride near Zakopane is a real adventure. A mountain climate and winter scenery, make you feel like in a fairy tale. Note, that while the snow cover is insufficient to use the sleigh, it will be altered to the horse cart.

We were greeted by Tomaz with a smile early in the morning.
He was very polite and explained what our itinerary would be .
We had great communication with him on our way and he was very bubbly and easy to talk to
He drove us safely to the first destination and explained everything well, everything ran smoothly to schedule and we had the most amazing day ...even though there wasn't much snow it was still a great experience with laughter and fun and we thoroughly enjoyed it .
A bonfire was provided to cook our own sausages and cheese and we had a choice of drinks too, after which we were safely driven back to our hotel , picking up some extra ideas to do while we were here in krakow .
Thomaz was a joy to be with and became a friend!

I would not recommend it.
The real trip means 25 minutes to the forest and 25 the ride back.
Because the lack of snow 80% of the trip was on the asphalt and mud.
Fire torch were not provided.
The company could it cancel it because the lack of snow but they didn't do it.
2 hours feast means some sausage from the retail market grilled in a place full of mud.
I would not recommend it.

Rafal from Prime Tours was helpful in answering my questions prior to the trip. Tomasz our guide is friendly and knowledgeable, we enjoyed his company. There wasn’t enough snow during our tour hence we sat on wheels instead of sleigh, this was pre-empted to us before the tour. It was still a great experience. The view up the funicular was amazing and also the Chochołow wooden houses. Bonfire was fun! Downside was that lunch was a little rushed, though this can be flexible with the guide if you prefer a longer lunch and skip certain sights.

The mountains were beautiful and we very much enjoyed the campfire and snacks at the end of the day. Tomasz was super knowledgeable about the history of the region, very flexible about the day, and made sure we had a memorable time. He was kind enough to send us videos of our sleigh ride and some restaurant recommendations in Krakow. We also really enjoyed chatting with Tomasz!

Our driver Thomas was exceptional, he is very knowledgable about the place and super well organized and trust worthy. The excurtion in itself was bliss, being pampered highly by the chaffeur made the day even more magical, we truly loved every second of it.. many thanks Mr.THOMAS.. we cannot recommend you enough

From start to finish this was a wonderful day. We were picked up spot on time by Tomasz. He was the perfect host, charming, knowledgeable with superb English. The day was extremely well planned and thought out - everything was taken care of, all we had to do was turn up in warm clothing, sensible boots and enjoy ourselves. The stroll around Ciche was lovely, followed by a couple hours in Zakopane, where we particularly enjoyed taking the funicular up to view the Tatra mountains - it was a clear sunny day, WOW! We were then taken to the National Park where we had a horse drawn sleigh ride through the snow and topped the day off with an outdoor bbq where we enjoyed traditional food and drinks. Many thanks indeed Tomasz for such a memorable day.
