Me and my family went to Yas Waterworld and it is my first time to come here. It was one of the best life of my life. All the staff there are nice, friendly and accommodating especially to Dyne who assist us at the entrance. She greeted us nicely and inform the best rides at the park. All the lifeguard and other staff. Good job to all of you.

I have just ended a day in Yas Water World Abu Dhabi and leaving aside the poor facilities, I have seen better in many other places, it is just a disgrace.
Apparently they have a fast-track policy, that was not offered to me, but it makes the whole experience something I did not believe I'll ever experience.
the fast track, by Yas Water World Abu Dhabi and probably the whole Yas Island including the new Sea World, is that as long as there is no fast track audience you will get your turn.
So me and my family hardly made it to 5 facilities in the whole day!!! and it was ~40 Celsius degrees!!! the fast track service eliminates your privilege to get your turn!!! and even if you speak with the staff, that is the policy.
i am familiar with fast-track service all over the world, it gives a generous advantage for good money but never eliminates the other crowd from getting a service.
under those circumstances, I will strongly recommend not to use their poor service even if the cost is not that high, Abu Dhabi & Dubai has many other good amusement services other than those.

Took my teenage daughter and her friends, a group of 12 for her birthday. From start to finish a great experience. The ticketing office was great help. A special thanks to Manoj who did a lovely job.
