The adventures were things I never experienced before. It was a complete fun workout and experience. I enjoyed how the space were used for ewach activity. The food was delicious with the variety of options (including vegan, as I was). I will do this again next time I visit Mexico.

Wow, INCREDIBLE… Everything absolutely amazing. From the river, to the amphibians... without forgetting the zip lines, and of course, the slide... I also say that the buffet is the best I have tried in the Riviera Maya... the treatment of the workers, the facilities... it is not You can't put any buts... a 10/10 in EVERYTHING

This was an extremely fun and exhilarating experience! From start to finish, everything was smooth. I definitely recommend you do the zip lines and amphibious cars first, those take the longest to finish and in my opinion were the most fun. The underwater expedition took about 45 mins. We were there from 5:30 till 11 and still didn’t have enough time to finish all the rides, so I suggest you plan out your itinerary accordingly to save time! The buffet was good, lots of food selections. Over all, we had so much fun, but it was definitely tiring from too walking!

I must say this excursion was one of the best I’ve experienced. The cave scenery is beautiful and although there are lots of ppl it never seemed to feel crowded. The water slide was my favorite. Doing everything at night added to the suspense of the activities. Also the buffet was amazing, any food you name it was there. I’d def come back in the future.

Total scam,lady who was picking us up couldn’t wait 2 extra minutes for us,when asked by front desk if she could wait she refused and left us,told us to get a taxi and when we called they said they couldn’t do anything,don’t recommend booking with this group if you do do it through their website as well it’s cheaper,don’t know the lady’s name but she was very unprofessional, she sucked

The hammock swing and the second water slide on the underground expedition. The experience was better than expected. It was quite different from the US park, but much better.

Xplor is the most fun, all inclusive day trip for adults in the area. I recommend doing the night version (Xplor Fuego), less crowded and more favourable weather. Activities are safe, well organized and super fun. Food is delicious open buffet style with high quality variety. Roundtrip transportation from your hotel or airbnb also available. Very professional and friendly crew.

Amazing experience! My partner and I loved this park. We couldn't imagine our visit without coming here as it was one of the highlights on our trip. There are 3 things that stood out:
1) The activities are high adrenaline. If you're looking for activities of this sort, then this is a good spot to visit.
2) I had no expectations for the buffet because I was so excited with the activities, but the buffet blew away my expectations! I wasn't expecting to see things like huge beef ribs and bone marrow being offered.
3) If you're able to, spending on the photo package will make your experience more streamlined and enjoyable. You're not worried about pulling your phone out/putting it away, getting it wet, etc.
We did Xplor Fuego and even without having done the daytime version, I can safely say I would prefer this. It is much cooler in the night time, the vibe is very unique, and the sunset from the zipline was just perfect!

Terrible, they quoted me at a price and charged me a higher amount, the advisor who quoted me gave me the quote in the currency of my country and at the time of making the payment it was in soles, then I look at my bank and they charged me 30 dollars Plus, at the time of payment, they are charged in dollars and your agent did not explain that to me. If that had been the case, I would have paid in dollars, since the exchange rate in my country is less, but nooo, I have sent an email with the captures where at all times the quote is in soles and the charge too and where I was not informed that the charge would be in dollars, and they say that it is my fault, that I must see it with my bank, the fault is that of their agent who is not qualified, I tell them that I want to deposit a I complain and they simply don't want to, it's terrible with this company that I haven't even visited and they already caused me problems.

Incredible place, we loved the nature there, we went in mid-January some friends and I, the vdd recommended the place to us and without a doubt it was an excellent idea
When we went to Mexico we did not plan to leave the hotel, however some guests had not recommended it
Super exciting zip lines, the jepp, the experience that without a doubt would repeat one of the best parts of our trip.
The transportation was for us to the hotel, which made it very safe for us, they offered us some food and without a doubt the whole adventure.
Let's hope to return to Mexico and go again
