Xel-Ha was an absolute dream come true! 💖 From the moment I stepped foot in this tropical paradise, I felt like I had entered a fairytale. 🌴 The sparkling turquoise waters, surrounded by lush greenery, were straight out of a postcard. 🌊 And the best part? The endless array of activities! Best to get there as early as possible because it does get hot and very busy. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, lots of walking

Amazing place to visit. If I was to come back to Riviera Maya, Mexico again this would definitely be worth a resist. I came nine years ago and safely improvements have been added ie bigger step entrances to lagunes and the river start. The lighthouse slide is fantastic and views are amazing you can really see how flat the Yucatan is. Improvements are ongoing hence would love to return. Had a coyples massage best one ever. Thank-you ladies and all staff at La Terrazza service and food amazing.

Upon arriving to have breakfast at the Xu-ha restaurant inside the park, Mr. Carlos, who claimed to be the manager of that area, arrived in a preponderant, rude and yelling manner at our table of 9 people, ensuring that we had not queued to access the restaurant. , which was not true, yelled at us to get out of the place. It was explained to him that if we had formed, the waiter and the girl at the entrance testified, he was not able to offer an apology. How terrible that people like this are serving in such a beautiful place.
You should never yell at people, especially if you are not right.

My husband, 4 yr old, and myself had a great time at Xel-ha this year! Perfect way to introduce snorkeling to a little one. No stress, get in and get out whenever you want! He especially loved the kids play area and is already talking about going back next year!

We went with a Tulum tour in the am. Did a lot of walking there so I do not recommend going to xel-ha after. Activities are pretty spread out. This tho doesn’t deter from the constant crow everywhere you go. Hard to find a place on your own anywhere. The river float becomes a traffic jam quite easily. I have some food allergies and was told by the chef all all I can have is a chicken breast and salad so that’s all I had. The buffet wasn’t suitable for allergies as things were”labelled”-sometimes questionably. Everything for interesting activities cost more, so the initial price doesn’t include much but snorkeling and tube floating. There’s a cave and cenote aswell. The zipbike etc cost 45 US and up. That adds up quickly to an already expensive ticket. We found it to be hot with no air conditioning breaks in the park just the water to cool down. A nice salt water slide. You can get your picture taken throughout the park, we didn’t bother because we expected another 50$ bill for them. Overall we didn’t enjoy the constant amount of people this entire day. Takes away from the enjoyability of the activities.

Great park for first experiences in Mexico, we had a large group with young kids and a senior. A lot to walk around, great for groups that like swimming, water slide, lazy river all free. Buffet food was not bad. Additional activities options for additional costs that we didn’t try but could swim with dolphins, zip bikes, power boats. Great for first timers in Mexico. XCARET offers other parks that are more intense as well.

Highly recommended to go, the activities are very good, I would only improve the following aspects:
1) for people who hire the tour with transportation included, the restaurants should not close at 5. We had to wait until 6pm for the transportation and we needed water or drinks for our children.
2) more information regarding the activities included in the park, a totem of information and recommendations is required, especially for those of us who are going for the first time.
3) improve resting places, since the existing lounge chairs are uncomfortable for older adults.
This food and drink included system should also apply to the xcaret park. Experience is highly recommended

Wow!! One of my favorite parks I would return a thousand times. It is dedicated 100% to water but it is wonderful and you have everything included within it. If you organize yourself well you can have up to three meals a day, you literally don't worry about anything other than enjoying yourself.
