We visited the park last week and cannot say enough good about it. The bus picks you up from the resort and takes you to an xcaret bus depot where we were sorted by park to other buses. A guide explains the park while you ride. Started right away on the ropes course. I did the blue course with my 10 yr old and my husband did the green course with our 8 yr old. Both were plenty challenging. It’s really a genius design and felt very safe despite being sooooo high up. I was very glad we got the photo package since you cannot bring a camera (and wouldn’t want to as you need your hands free). There are lockers when you come in for your towels and phones. It’s nice that they have water fountains at some of the piers and whole fruit waiting at the end. Next we headed to the zip line.
Start with the closest one bc is ends at the foot of the other one, then get in that line and head back to the other pier. At this point it was noon, so we went to the buffet which was delicious and had something for everyone. We then did the river rafting. They don’t make you wear shoes, so if you only have gym shoes, I recommend you take them off as you will get soaked. There are lockers at the entrance of each water activity. We were able to navigate with two adults paddling and the guide as the rudder as our kids didn’t paddle. From there we went to the jet boat, which my kids decided was their absolute favorite. Again, take off your shoes if you didn’t bring water shoes. We finally went to the monster trucks, where you do need your closed-toe shoes. Be sure to brake on the way down the hills or you will go way too fast. That was my least favorite as it was super jarring. At this point we went for a snack of pizza and fruit waters before the kids enjoyed the water park. We packed up a bit early to check out the souvenirs but that was the only miss— likely the highest prices for a stuffed animal I have ever seen. Luckily the kids agreed the prices were ridiculous. The buses on the way back are organized by resort so there was no need to switch busses. The pictures from the automatic cameras throughout the park turned out absolutely amazing.

Even though it poured rain the entire day we had a fun time! The highlight of our day was definitely white water rafting. We were freezing and not sure if we should do it but our instructor Yuriel gave us the best experience!! we all warmed up immediately and he was so funny and had us laughing the whole time. We had so much fun we wanted to go twice in a row and he was so nice to take us again. Yuriel was the best!!

The best one? Rafting with a guide named Yomara. She was super fun , made us do all sorts of things i havent done in any rafting river. And she made it 1000 times better :)
Definitely worth a trip ;)

This park was so much fun and well worth the ticket price.
Pros:
- Facilities are clean and beautiful
- Staff is friendly and helpful
- Short wait times (in low season)
- Can purchase tickets to include transportation
- Snack bar with healthy snacks and drinks and full buffet lunch included
Cons:
- The official park transportation only brought us to the park at about 10 AM when it opens at 8:30
- During low season, some rides only open for a couple of hours
Ride reviews:
Puma (all-terrain vehicles) - Very bumpy and fun! Be prepared to get muddy
Crocodile (kayaking) - okay but boring compared to the other activities.
Monkey (ropes course) - extremely challenging, even on the easiest level, but seemed very safe. Not good if you are afraid of heights!
Hawk (zip line) - a lot of fun, more fun than we expected based on reviews
Dragonfly (speedboat) - our favorite, so much fun that we rode it twice in a row. Be prepared to get soaked.
Barracuda (rafting) - unfortunately did not get to this one as it was only open for 3 hours.
Tips: wear closed-toed water shoes or you will end up spending $37 USD for a pair in the gift shop. Don't expect to take anything around with you, it all must be locked in the locker for rides. Wear sun protection!

Complete waste of money DO NOT GO HERE. Jet boats were out of commission and price is ridiculous for not getting full experience. The rock crawlers were the only fun thing in the park. Go to Xplor instead.

We booked their transport which didn't arrive until lunchtime so not enough time to try everything.
On the bus we were pushed to buy the photo package and told it included videos, which was apparently a lie.
We paid £80+ for photos having been told there were "dozens" of Xelfie points, which was true for the other parks we'd already visited so unfortunately we believed them, again this was a lie, there were hardly any!
When we finally got to see the photos, half were missing, and from what they provided, the majority were either obscured, back end of vehicles or of someone else!
After several email exchanges they eventually added more photos which were also not us, along with a couple of the missing ones, which were also pretty terrible. More complaints over several weeks and they removed the ones that were not us. We also received many excuses for why the photos were so dreadful but, despite rejecting the photos as they were seriously mis-sold, they have refused to refund the £80+ and have now stated that the photos have been deleted. No photos, no videos, no money - what a scam!
Of all the experiences we had, this was by far the worst!

The Park experience itself was ok but very expensive, don’t bother with the photo package as they don’t send anything, I’ve emailed their customer support & their photo department endless times to ask where our photo package is but have yet to receive a response from the photo department & customer services just use the excuse they are undergoing maintenance, we gave them two email addresses to send our photos to but have received nothing despite double checking with staff before we left they had the correct information, I now have the hassle of trying to recover the cost from our card provider , not great memories

I loved feeling like a child again, special mention to YOMARA and Osmar, both going us the best of their energy and fun, I could tell they love then Jobs, the actuvities were so cool and the food was pretty good too. The only vad thing was the waiting line, sob long we couldn't make all the activities. Looking forward to come back. ?
