On this full day, guided excursion, you will go through the mountains that surround Mendoza city. See stunning scenarios along the way, and many other points of interest such as the majestic Cordon del Plata mountain range, the Potrerillos Dam, Uspallata settlement, and "Puente del Inca" which is the southern last point of the Inca Empire, Aconcagua scenic viewpoint and the Cristo Redentor monument. Pickup and drop-off at select hotels provided.

Please take into account that the tour will be given in English at the featured places which are: Potrerillos, Uspallata, Puente del Inca, Aconcagua and in summer at Cristo Redentor.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

WHAT TO EXPECT

1. Mendoza
Early in the morning we will be picked up from our selected hotels to leave for Uspallata, as we border the Mendoza River and enjoy the Cordon del Plata and the Potrerillos Dam.
2. Uspallata
Once we reach Uspallata we will make our first stop. Here we will find ourselves facing a pre-Hispanic settlement of aboriginal Huarpes, and also with the southernmost point of the Inca empire.
3. Puente Picheuta
We will visit the Villas of Picheuta, Polvaredas and Punta de Vacas.
4. Penitentes Mendoza
Then, we'll visit Los Penitentes ski resort and get amazing panoramic views of the area (entrance not included).
5. Puente del Inca
We will continue on our way to the impressive Puente del Inca, a natural architectural work with springs of hot springs.

We will continue along Route 7 until we reach the Aconcagua Viewpoint. Here we will stop to take some pictures of the highest mountain in the western hemisphere, (6,900 meters) above sea level, without losing sight of the impressive Puente del Inca, a natural architectural work.
7. Las Cuevas
Following the international route, reach your final destination, the village of Las Cuevas (an European-style village, located 10,500 feet (3,200 meters) above sea level). Between Las Cuevas and the international tunnel, there is a path that allows visitors up to the Cristo Redentor monument, located 13,780 feet (4,200 meters) above sea level.
8. Potrerillos Dam
First, we'll pass by the Cordon del Plata mountain range and the Potrerillos Dam, located along the Mendoza River. It's a very important hydraulic work that generates power and distributes water for irrigation for the whole region.
9. Cristo Redentor De Los Andes
The Cristo Redentor monument symbolizes the union between Argentinians and Chileans. After the visit we will be returning to our selected hotels in Mendoza at approximately 5:30 p.m. In summer, if we go up to the Cristo Redentor, the excursion will end approximately at 8 pm. *The visit to Cristo Redentor will depend on weather conditions and transportation traffic. Only from January to March*
10. Mendoza
After the visit we will be returning to our selected hotels in Mendoza.

Terrible

We paid for an English guide and she did not speak English

She spoke Spanish and did not speak to us

Very rude

And Viator did not want to refund full amount first as they were not interested .
Very poor and do not recommend

Ruined the day . Avoid them

Absolutely terrible experience

AVOID THIS TOUR

Viator sold me an English tour but everything was in Spanish and therefore a totally wasted day
There were rude and made no efforts
They arrived after 8am when pick up should have been 7am - no call to tell me , no apology

I paid more money for an English tour and this was a total rip off

Very beautiful landscapes of the Mendoza mountain range, I saw the Inca Bridge, visit the monument to Christ the Redeemer again after many years, in a setting of high peaks, lunch at a restaurant in Las Cuevas, Uspallata, Potrillos dam and village, excellent tour by vehicle impeccable, excellent driver and guide in everything

I had a beautiful experience with Cepas Turismo, more precisely with the guide Frederico and the driver Ariel (I think this was his name).

Frederico is an energetic guide, and speaks with passion and a touch of humor about all the attractions of the tour. It is a history class about Mendoza, the Andes, and the campaign of the Liberators of America.

Ariel (the driver) is confident at the wheel, especially on the part of the route that goes up to Christ the Redeemer of the Andes. He also has good musical taste, choosing the best songs for the tour.

10/10 I recommend them!

Spectacular! Each stop blows your mind a little more and the tour is also very enjoyable. All the landscapes are amazing. We had Hugo who made it even more interesting and fun. The best of waves!

The landscape is spectacular. The service is very good, very punctual. It was not possible to go to Christ the Redeemer because the road was closed, but we were notified in advance.

This excursion to the Andes has been the best excursion I have ever had in my life because the excursion puts you in an environment of fun, adventure and entertainment. We went with Facu, a very charismatic and happy person who taught us a lot about the Andes. If you like walking, meeting new people, trying delicious food, I highly recommend this excursion. Bring water and gum to avoid dizziness.

We had a trip scheduled. Location and time for pickup was all confirmed and we had to cancel due to weather. Rescheduled for the falling day but they never confirmed with me the original pickup location and time. They changed it and never responded to any of my attempts to correct, now they won't refund my money. DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!
