The tour seems to be utterly disorganized event. Our tour was supposed to start at 9:30 but by the time the tour operator started “operating” was not until 10:15. At that time we found out due to some rule change we have to wait in line to buy the tickets (they refunded the ticket price in cash). By the time we got our ticket and our guide started guiding was around 11:30. We had other things planned for 2:30 so this kinda became stressful. Please maintain schedule in the future.

Tour was at 930 lines were so long we entered at 1145 it was still amazing and tour guide was very nice but was too crowded to truly enjoy

our guide - Alexander or Alex - was excellent. great info, great pace. I only got the tour a a way to get in to the Colosseum and I fully expected to peel away the moment we got inside, but we wound up enjoying our guide so much that we stayed for the whole tour.
i would go on any tour lead by our guide :)

The tour didn't include the entrance. So that was a surprise for plenty of us in the tour.
I didn't have time to properly look at the Palatinum and the Forum. We went quite fast to the Coloseum and then you can't go back. So that was a bit disapointing.
The tour guy was quite alright though

I had booked this tour for my husband as he had never really been to Rome before and was interested in learning about the city's history. The tour guide (which was apparently contracted from The Roman Guy) was great and very informative. The only things lacking from the tour in my opinion were these:
- I had wished though the tour could have been expanded to include the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill as you cannot see the Colosseum without really diving into the overall history
-There was a bit of chaos at the beginning because the tour guide was not from the same tour management company and he was not sure of what was expected or covered so I think they could have beefed up their communication there

We arrived 20 minutes early and could not find out your guide, and considered just packing up and doing everything ourselves but we eventually found the group. Please advise that TICKETS ARE NOT INCLUDED. I know it says that but it is more fine print and we wait in line to grab the tickets (we went for the 9:30am tour with a very small line and got our tickets and in the colosseum in around 30 minutes). A lot of this was thanks to our excellent tour guide, Radu. Radu was exceptional, very funny while also educating us on a lot of things we would never know otherwise. Radu easily turned what could have been a disaster into a great day and he is the main reason why we loved the actual tour portion. Please be careful when signing up and if you get Radu as your guide, you should be in for a great experience 5/5 star guide!
