1. Windsor Castle
The town of Windsor is best known for its historical links to the British royal family, and it is suitably steeped in pageantry and history. Towering over the rest of the town is Windsor Castle, the ancestral home of the English and later British monarchy, and largest inhabited castle in the world. It has been the family home of British kings and queens for almost 1,000 years and is today one of the official residences of His Majesty The King. Occupying over 10.5 hectares, the Castle offers a varied day out for visitors, including a visit to the magnificent State Apartments and St George's Chapel. The Castle's State Apartments are furnished with some of the finest works from the Royal Collection, reflecting the changing tastes of the Castle's royal occupants, particularly those of Charles II and George IV. Many of the works of art are still in the historic settings for which they were first collected or commissioned by the kings and queens who have lived at Windsor.
2. Stonehenge
Step back 5,000 years in time to prehistoric Britain as our guide helps bring the history of this fascinating monument to life. Who built Stonehenge? Why was it built? Discover the answer to these questions and the monument’s fascinating link to the Summer and Winter solstice. Come face-to-face with a 5,500-year-old man and visit the world-class exhibition centre, with 250 ancient objects on display.
3. Bodleian Library
The Bodleian Library is the main research library of the University of Oxford, and is one of the oldest libraries in Europe. With over 12 million items, it is the second-largest library in Britain after the British Library.
4. Christ Church
Christ Church is a constituent college of the University of Oxford in England. Christ Church is a joint foundation of the college and the Cathedral of the Oxford diocese, which serves as the college chapel and whose dean is ex officio the college head.
5. University of Oxford
'The City of Dreaming Spires' is known for its distinctive architecture and holds the unique accolade of having examples of every architectural period going as far back as Saxon times. • Please note: Windsor Castle is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
• Windsor Castle (The whole castle) is closed on 17 June 2024. Also, Sunday, 16 June 2024 - State Apartments closed, a reduced admission price applies.

Super good tour with Robert and Mentor. No lines at the places where ample time to look around as well as buy stuff. Really funny with lots of great stories about London and the sites.

Great day trip tour! Got to see parts of England we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Angela was a wonderful tour guide, giving extra tidbits of history as we drove through London and the English countryside. Our driver, Michelangelo was also great at providing us safe travels on this trip. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Our driver Maria: With Maria as our driver, we always felt safe, whether we were on the highway or in the narrow streets of London. It doesn't get any better than this!
Our tour guide Cameron: Cameron is a super funny guy who doesn't just shine with information about the sights on the tour. What impressed us were all the little bits of information that only a real insider would know! This information makes some things interesting that you would otherwise never have noticed.
