We enjoyed the trip to Windsor Castle. The driver got us there quickly and safely. The guide was kind, friendly and walked our group up to the point of entry. She instructed us on the proper meeting time and place for the return to central London.
However, one of passengers asked for more time which she obliged - ultimately returning us back to the city later than the written description of this tour stated. As we had booked other afternoon plans in accordance with the written tour description, we had to hustle and still arrived at our next destination a bit late.
The disappointing part of this tour had nothing to do with the tour company. A busy day with long lines kept us from having enough time to see all that we’d hoped to see. Even while in the state apartments, we were rushing rather than soaking it all in. So, in hindsight, I would’ve booked a full day tour versus a half-day. While that may be too much time on a day when lines aren’t long, I would’ve liked to have visited the stores and restaurants in Windsor. A full day would have allowed time for that too. All in all, we are still happy we took this tour.

The tour was well-organized. Getting to see the changing of the guard was an unexpected surprise. I would definitely do this tour again.

Worth the money. Great to get into Windsor with the tour company versus the long line. Disappointed with how far out we had to go to get the bus.

The pick up point at Earl's Court is very central and the ride to Windsor Castle was very pleasant. Everything was well arranged for us to spend quality time viewing the doll house, state apartment and chapel. For those who wish to spend some time exploring the area around the castle, do consider making another trip there because the 3hrs or so will not be sufficient.

Great trip to Windsor. It was great to have transportation to and from, and our guide to Windsor Hayley gave us a lot of good knowledge on the way. Once there we had free rein to explore on our own, since guided tours are not allowed.

Tour was quite informing and well designed. Our guide was so polite. Our driver was very understanding although we had delay in the morning to join the group.

Windsor Castle was awesome!! Well worth visiting. Unbelievable!!!! Beautiful!!! Bus ride was first class. Driver and guide were professional.

The narrative by the guide one the way to the castle was excellent. Coming back would’ve been better if the two clowns behind us in the bus had stopped talking nonstop.

Our guide Sophie was lovely. The time flew by and didn't get to see it all. The bus was nice and roomy.
