Great trip. Our tour guide was excellent and very informative. Only downside was a lot of waiting around and walking.

Our guide arrived late and seemed entirely disinterested. When returning from the salt mines the guide was nowhere to be seen. Our group was expected to walk back to a dark car park a distance from the salt mines. Toilet was also out of use on the coach the entire time.
Fortunately the driver was friendly enough, the coach was clean and the salt mine’s own guides who we were handed over to were great and very knowledgeable.
However, overall not worth the extra £25 on the ticket price for travel when we could have taken a train for just a couple of pounds.

We arrived 15 min early, and had to wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes outside in the snow before entering the mine. We had calculated the time to get to the airport and we got there late because of the late entry. It was also a lot more expensive than if we had bought the tickets at the entry. I would not recommend using this agency.

Fantastic tour. Went with my Son (13) and our guide Marcin was full of knowledge and made the tour fun and informative.
The only negative about this trip was that there was no information regarding food. There was a restaurant in the mines but the tour didn’t allow for a lunch break. When we exited the mines it was past lunchtime and there was nowhere to eat or get something to take away and then we had to go straight to the coach to take us back.
My advice would be to bring your own packed lunch.
Please note though this was the only negative about the tour and everything else was a 5 rating.

Fantastic tour! Staff were super friendly, took their time making sure everyone was ok, went slower if someone was struggling and couldn’t be more helpful. The mines are absolutely spectacular!

The tour was great, the guide took her time to explain everything to us and we didn't feel rushed at any point. Be prepared for a lot of walking but you'll be too busy looking around to notice how far you've gone. The only issue was being told to remember where the coach was as we had to make our own way back, that's all good if you finish at the same place you start but that's not the case.

Hands down one of the best trips I’ve ever been on. Guide was brilliant and informative. The second floor being the chapel made out of salt was absolutely beautiful, pictures do not do it justice!
