The show is amazing. By far my favorite show on Broadway. Purchasing tickets was simple and I received them quickly.

Had a lot of fun. Very surprised at storyline. Not ecpected. Had great special affects. Acting was exceptional. Will recommend to others.

Enjoyed the play! Appreciated the escalator. Was a little chilly. Music was good. Actors made it fun.

This was a wonderful show with great acting and singing. The stage was very beautifully set and my family thoroughly enjoyed it. The venue was good, but I did find the amount of bathrooms per-people ratio was a bit low. Because of this, lines for the bathrooms were very long and not adequate enough for a 15-minute break.

Everything was perfect, the line outside and the check in was pretty simple. The organization and cleanliness was spot on. The seating was comfortable, the lighting and atmosphere were great.
We had great seats in the mezzanine, first row seats and had an excellent view. It was a little crowded but it's expected with the title. Actors were amazing, great acting and awesome voices. Overall story, stage, lighting, props were excellent.
We had a great experience for our first time in a Broadway Show.
