I am really disappointed with my jetski experience today. First, the fact that I had to message 4 times to finally receive a response regarding my pickup time was unprofessional.
My tour guide, Sam told me it was okay to go at a speed I'm comfortable at but then singled me out in front of the group multiple times on how I wasn't keeping up or going fast enough and kept asking if I was okay but it felt passive aggressive.
She also kept forgetting my name and asked me my name again 3 times.
I felt very anxious and uncomfortable the entire jet ski tour, it was not fun at all. I wish I booked a different tour. I was really excited for this initially but now I regret all the money I spent on it only to feel like I was holding the group back and the tour guide couldn't even bother to remember my name..

Highly recommend doing this tour if your in Airlie, our tour guide Nate was awesome and made the trip excellent. Heaps of fun for a couple of hours out on the water.

We booked the 3:30 tour on the final day of our holiday, and we had an amazing time! Braden was a quality leader who showed us all the fantastic sites of the Bay as well as being wholly calm and professional with all things safety (alongside Josh who gave the brief). A fantastic end to our time in Airlie and thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone!

we did two Airlie Adventure tours to fit all of our 3 children in to a tour, I took my oldest on an afternoon tour which was full of adrenaline junkies and my two youngest on the morning tour that was a more appropriate pace for their age. Both tours were just right. one of my kids was a stage 1 runner, but Nate managed to talk him of the ledge and he went on to say this was the best part of his holiday (my son, not Nate). Couldn’t rate this tour more highly, if you go to Airlie Beach and don’t do this tour you’ve missed out. Rock on Whitsundays JetSki Tours!

The crew were super professional and we had the latest model jetskis so it was an amazing experience. Highly recommended to get a close up view of what the Whitsundays is really about.

Couldn't recommend this tour more! It was so much fun. Great amount of time to get comfortable managing the ski if you're a beginner
The team were clear and efficient with demos and super conscious of how comfortable everyone was with stops along the way. 1/2 time choccy break was definitely a plus ? would definitely do it again

Highly recommend these guys, they are super friendly and very safety conscientious. Our family of four had a great time out, we had such a calm and sunny day so we were super lucky! You definitely need stamina and the love of adventure! I had never been on a jetski in my life, and our guide Brado made sure we were all doing ok at each stop. Kids and hubby had a blast. Brado took our photos along the way (complimentary) and had a chocolate bar snack half way.
Definitely bring a long rashie and hat that will stay on your head too!

One of the highlights of our trip to Airlie beach. The instructors were super friendly and funny all throughout the tour. They were very understanding on new riders and were happy to help whenever needed.
Our instructor was Jarrod and he was awesome!!
Highly recommend to any new/beginner jet ski riders to try out. An experience not to miss if you’re heading to Airlie.
