Come aboard an exciting RIB speedboat and see the incredible wealth of marine wildlife that lives in the waters just off the shores of Reykjavík City. Nature lovers looking to see some of Iceland’s majestic whales, dolphins, and porpoises, but who wish to do so in a small group, should grab this chance now.
The tour starts from Reykjavík’s Old Harbour and during your journey, you will travel among the small islands in the Faxaflói Bay, as well as along the coast of Reykjavík, providing you with a fantastic view of the city as you search for wildlife in the water.

The tour has an age limit of 10 years & a height limit of 145 CM.
Since this is a wildlife tour we can never predict or guarantee sightings of any kind. In the event that we don't encounter any whales or dolphins, we do not offer refunds, but instead, give our passengers a complimentary ticket to use another day. We may cancel a tour due to bad weather or if the minimum number of participants is not reached.

Cancelled last minute due to wind conditions. I would understand but they had advanced notice, and chose to notify me the night before I had the tour in the morning. This gave me no time to make other plans for the day.

First off, my 2 hour speedboat tour ACTUALLY led to whale watching which was incredible in itself! An added bonus was DOLPHINS too! We did see puffins (June) as well.
The biggest reason I want to leave a review though is their customer service. The staff went above and beyond for me. They were kind and professional but also accommodated my tight schedule and even booked a taxi for me and helped me run out of our tour gear to catch it so I wouldn't be late to my transportation for the next leg of my trip.
Truly kind, incredible humans. Will rave about them to anyone who wants to hear! Book them!

Excellent whale an puffin watching. The speed boat brings you so much closer to the action (I have done whale watching on bigger boats previously). We saw humbacks, minkes and dolphins and the island full of puffins. The captain has a keen sense of finding animals and our guide gave great insight on what to watch. I highly recommend!

Great 2 hour trip on the speedboat. First we were fully suited plus gloves and goggles to protect us from the elements however the water was pretty calm and no one got soaked. Lucky was our guide and she really knew her whales, lots of info.
We saw dolphins and a humpback jumping and diving around. We got close but not too close which was nice to respect the animal, some others seemed to get too close.
We also stopped by and saw some puffins on the way back.
Tour finished perfectly on time which was great as I was a little worried about getting to my airport bus but we saw everything and more within 2 hours.

We had a fantastic experience on the speedboat, the guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We saw humpback whales and dolphins. When there is a sighting, you can travel much faster than ships with a rib boat. We fully recommend this tour if your´re visiting Reykjavik.
