Online booking was pretty good....easy and quick.
The queue looks longer than it takes....
Our guide was a funny young man who speaks intentionally slow.....for his American guests ,,,,😂

a great way to see London and get a different perspective on this great river city. Sadly safety was a little compromised…..stepping on and off the vessel was difficult with tidal movement and staff were not helpful. My wife fell and could have been significantly injured between boat and wharf…while the staff were too interested in touting for tips to help her! Thank you to the other kind passengers who stepped in.

No refreshments available on boat , had to have cash ,not advised this before sailing ,for 2 hour cruise this unacceptable .

Great trip.

Commentary funny & informative.

Heard a lot about the bridges, buildings surrounding areas.

Does get a little rammed & you can feel “squashed up” when they insist on 5 people on a row on the top deck.

Ended up with a numb bum as the metal seats are uncomfortable after a while.

Overall, a good trip, decent length of time & good value for money.

The boat tour was super nice and the captain who talked about the individual buildings was super funny! I would definitely recommend the boat tour because you see and learn so much and can also explore Greenwich :)

We had a perfect day for a trip on the river. It was a relief that we had live commentary from a very entertains member of the crew - much better than digital commentaries that invariably do not work. Everything went smoothly although the queues to get on the boat wee horrendous - even though we had a booked time slot.
The trip however was a great success. Thanks
