Westminster Abbey was great and Amigo Tours, the provider was good, but Viator didn't deliver what was advertised for this tour on their web-site. It promised pick up and return to the hotel, but didn't deliver that. Be careful booking with this organization.

Nick, our guide was very knowledgeable, personable, and very easy to understand and hear. We had a woman in our group that needed a bit of assistance with the stairs in Westminster Abbey and he made sure she got the help she needed and that she got to participate in the complete tour. We enjoyed our tour very much.

Our tour guide, Jane, was beyond knowledgeable! I questioned how we would be at Westminster Abby for 2+ hours, but she made the time fly and was quite enjoyable. Highly recommend!

loved our tour guide. (sorry i cant remember her name. a mid-aged english woman wearing a purple coat. speaks italian fluently. her husband is italian) especially enjoyed her explanation of that part of the westminster abbey where all the standards were
