Would recommend going in for free and not paying. It was cool seeing where all the old monarchs were buried but the best part was the architecture and you can see that with a free entry. Not really worth the money in my opinion unless your hardcore into English history then you’d love it.

I missed it and Viator did not help me fix it the issue with the operator of this tour . Don’t buy tours from Viator ! But direct

It was such an amazing experience, wonderful place in silence, reverence and detailed. Guided with Audiotour, Pictures allowed without flashing. Absolutely a recommendation for History.

Westminister Abbey itself is just unbelievable, fascinating, stunning and the history of it phenominal; however, what I didn't like is lack of instructions for the tour. We signed up through Viator, were issued tickets, then on the ticket it says to print. If you're staying at a hotel, how am I going to print a ticket! When I emailed them to ask if the e-ticket was enough I was told unfortunately no, it must be printed! The hassle through the hotel desk to have them print it was stressful. Then nothing says no one will be meeting you, you are on your own so we frantically were running around the church entrances looking for the tour guide with a flag. Long story short, just go to the Abbey yourself and purchase tickets there. It will be a lot less stressful!
