Our tour Driver (James) kept us informed all the way there and back of the various areas of interest. Fascinating to see a small portion of the Rabbit Proof fence along the way. When we got to Wave Rock it was as amazing as we expected, plus the visit to the cave was equally important.

Great day trip, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the trip enjoyable. April is the wrong time of year to see wildflowers.

Seeing the incredible formation of wave rock. It was a long drive to see this rock. However, driver/tour guide tried to give information and facts along the way.

The trip is pretty far in distance but I personally think it is worth going. My tour guide is very good. Patient, friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed a lot at Wave Rock because we have sufficient time to explore the scenic. Thanks!

We were picked up at the stated time and made our way to a central pick up point to start our journey with the allotted bus, complete with on board loo, and our driver Gordon. We started off and made our way to the very pretty town of York. After a short comfort stop we had time to purchase a coffee and breakfast from a main street bakery. Lovely. Then it was onward through the vast expanse of the Wheat belts to Corrigin for another comfort stop. Just on the edge of the town was a cemetery dedicated to the dogs from the area. Through Hyden and onward to our first stop at Hippos Yawn for a photo opportunity. Afterwards we arrived at Wave Rock resort for a true 'Aussie lunch'. We did have a small amount of time to see the eclectic collections of lace, model soldiers, wildlife park and more. Then it was on to Mulkas Cave to see the cave hand prints and hear the story of Mulka. Our final stop was Wave Rock. Wow. Not to be missed. Fantastic. Unfortunately, due to getting on in years, we couldn't climb to the top, but the view from the bottom did just as well for us. All in all, it is a very long way in a day (approx 750 km/ 450mile but very well worth it. Would I do it again - Yes certainly.

It's a long journey of 4 hours each way, but it's worth it. On the way, we stopped for morning tea in a small country town, Aboriginal artwork, a rock called "Hippo's Yawn", Wave Rock, everything was a good experience. The bus driver also doubled as a guide, and the professional explanations made the experience even more fulfilling.
