Studio Tour is amazing and so well put together. Not too crowded (like Universal is) and food is well priced, Taking the bus gives you just the right amount of time there.

My family visited London in late April. We opted for the Viator Harry PotterWarner Brothers tour with transportation from London. Viator communicated effectively leading up to and on the day of our tour. Finding the pick up location was easy from Victoria station. And the tour operators were onsite available for questions when we arrived. The tour time communicated was accurate and the buses were clean. The bus entertainment system was a little wonky but I enjoyed watching the London and other UK site videos. The tour was so much fun and everyone enjoyed something along the way. We were quite thankful we had opted for the transportation when we saw the queue for the shuttle back to the local train station. I would highly recommend this option for families- it was pretty seamless and comfortable and the studio tour is amazing.

It was very nice to take the bus to the studio and not have to worry about getting there. Bus staff were friendly and helpful. The studio tour was nice once you got past the endless queues and long-winded introductions. It was great to see all the props and sets from the Harry Potter movies, plenty of opportunities for pictures, your own or studio taken, and some interactive props that were a big hit with the kids. The creature construction area was very detailed and fascinating. You could get a Hogwarts acceptance letter or Ministry of Magic ID card (for a price) The scale model of Hogwarts was fantastic. Nice gift shop and cafes to get a drink or bite to eat. 4 hours was just enough time to enjoy everything. Would definitely recommend to Harry Potter fans, don't miss it!

Already don't take the transport included, the journey by metro and train is very easy and allows big savings.
For the rest, I was quite disappointed, no animation or magic present.
My daughter is a big fan and she really enjoyed it, so book for the biggest fan (personally I like the films and books but seeing the sets and costumes didn't satisfy me compared to the price of the tickets).
otherwise the organization is very good, there is no waiting and the reservation allows you not to have too many people at the same time, therefore ideal for photos.

The behind the scenes and props were great. Provided great insight in how the episodes were filmed. Would have been helpful to have a tour guide provide some explanation as what to expect on the tour. Our bus tv monitor sis not work.

Grandchildren liked the the tour of the studios very much. But the cost is too much. Bus left on time and your rrrrsentative on the bus was polite and patient

We booked the Harry Potter studio entry tickets separately, and then booked the Return transport via Golden Tours.

While the studio experience is great, we could not do full justice to it as we had a fixed return time ticket from the studio back to Central London via Golden Tours. So it was quite a mad rush.

The bus by itself is purely functional to get you from point A to point B with some degree of comfort. They played the Harry Potter movie on the way, but it was of very poor quality (both visual and sounds). Half way through, the movie stopped playing altogether. For the return journey, we could only hear the dialogues but faced a blank screen.

To give you more time at the studio and save on transport costs, you could consider looking for alternative modes of arriving at the studio (eg via Watford Junction).

My daughter came down with strep throat the night before the tour. She was quite ill and ended up in emergency. I called customer service and asked to change the date of our tour. I didn’t want a refund…just a date change. They refused. So I had to leave one child behind. And I paid for three tickets, but upon finding out I wouldn’t be taking one child, they took the last ticket away. My guess was so they could sell it, even though I had paid for it. Awful business practice.
