The first time we entered the great hall I almost cried! I'll never forget that! Everything is so mesmerising and especially very clean.

It was nice to experience, although I must say I missed some scenery experience. I expected more music, sound effects and motions in particular areas. Or maybe my expectations were too high.

The exhibition in the Harry Potter Studios is wonderful, I give it 5 stars!

However, I would not travel by Golden Globes again, but by public transport.

It does not use the motorway, and the journey back to Victoria Station took us over two hours.

In addition, the video entertainment did not work

A really fun and memorable trip to Warner Bros. Studio.
The bus trip was ok, but unfortunately the screen didn’t work on the way to the Studio and the bus back to London was really cold and a little late, leaving us all standing in the rain and wind to wait for it.

My daughter came down with strep throat the day of the tour. She was so sick. I phoned customer service and asked if we could switch the day of our tour. They said there was nothing they could do and they couldn’t refund our money. I explained that I didn’t want a refund, just a change of dates. Their suggestion was to buy more tickets for a different day and later “try” to get our money back for the original date but with no guarantee (he even said it was unlikely). So, the sick kid ended up missing the one thing she wanted so badly to do.

Wonderful trip to the Harry Potter Studio tour. We were promptly picked up at King’s Cross. We were given 4 hours which was just enough time (though we packed a lunch- I think it would be a bit more rushed if we had waited for a food order). It was a magical time and our bus came right at the pick up time. It was very easy. Such a wonderful day!!

I'm doing separate reviews for the tour company and the studio tours. The studio was unbelievably good. The tour group was fine, but nothing really set it apart from any bus ride. If you're wanting anything like someone pointing out the sites or talking about what to expect at the studios, this isn't it.

On the plus side, it left from outside our hotel next to Victoria station and it was interesting seeing neighborhoods outside central London. But, while the themed wrap on the bus was cool from the outside, it interfered somewhat with the view.

It was nice that they showed part of a movie for the hour-plus long ride, the quality on the top deck was marginal and the sound wasn't in synch with the picture. On the way back, we sat on the lower level, and the quality was better. But they started the same movie over, so really we just watched the first hour of the movie twice.

It got us there, safe, so I guess that's what we really wanted.

A dream come true for Harry Potter fans. Catching the bus from Kings Cross station was an easy way to get to and from the studios. We watched the movie on the way and had 4 hours for the tour before returning on the bus to Kings Cross. I had booked the tour online months prior. Everything was well organised. Our tickets were provided to us in an envelope with my name on it, along with the tickets for our pre-ordered butter beer which we picked up half way through the tour at the cafe. The tour itself was amazing showing all the props and sets from the movies. The timing of the tour was perfect. We finished the tour with about an hour to spare mainly due to the fact that we skimmed through the special effects section where we could easily have stayed much longer. We decided to retrace our steps to have another look. This left us only 45 minutes for the shop. I would recommend at least this amount of time in the shop as it goes on and on and on and on with many things to browse and time needed for the die hard fans to make decisions on what to buy. The bus left at 3 otherwise we'd probably have moved much more slowly through the tour than we did although it never felt rushed. Had we made our own way there, we could have stayed longer, but catching the Golden Tour bus made the day very easy and hassle free. I'd highly recommend doing it this way.
