Loved the whole tour. Especially the dragon in Gringotts. The main hall was wonderfully decorated for Christmas.

Great tour! Convenient pick up location and within walking distance from my hotel. Well organised and allowed plenty of time to enjoy the tour as well as grab a bite to eat and browse through the gift shop. I didn’t feel rushed which was a huge bonus! Would highly recommend this tour?

The Harry Potter Studio tour was amazing. Golden Tour was nothing more than transportation and tickets. The driver did not say one word the entire trip. The real issue was at the end. The driver said the bus would return at 3:30 for 3:45 departure. We left the tour inside and it is now 3:53 and our bus is not here and it is raining. There is very little cover for customers at the bus stop. I don’t see any point in the service and would just book everything direct. Only benefit is there are tickets available when the official site sells out online.

The tour was absolutely magical! The themed bus with the movies playing was a nice touch. I wish had more time to spend there, I had to rush to see it all and also I wish I could have spent more time in the gift shops. But having the bus back is accommodating. Would definitely go again!

We had a tremendous day out here and I mean a day out! We got to the studio at 12:00 and didn't leave till 20:45! Staff were just the best, right from the car parking attendants to customer services, to guides and food staff. All very polite, helpful and knew exactly what to do. It was my daughters 12th birthday, so all the staff made a fuss of her, even let her open the door to the great hall. What a memory for her (and us). Can't praise the place enough, just brilliant. Exhibits are amazing and there are some free demonstrations. Well worth the money. Totally recommended, but expect to spend a lot of time and wear comfortable walking shoes.

Let’s be honest… it’s just a studio tour. However, it was great to see some of the behind the scenes stuff - and it did give me an real appreciation for the immense amount of work that went into making Harry Potter.
If you’re not a massive Harry Potter fan, this is probably not for you.

Harry Potter Studio is amazing. But the Golden Tours company is the most awful experience that I ever had. Waiting one hour in rain with kids and the same return. It’s cold,all the people after lovely tour are angry and should be happy. I spoke with company manager,he said the problem is because it’s raining. Such a surprsie: rain in London. Totally awful company.
