As part of this magical day out from London, we'll visit the world famous University city of Oxford, enjoy a 60 minute walking tour in the company of a professional guide. Founded in 1167, Oxford is England's oldest university. On our walking tour of Oxford, we'll walk past some of the most famous college buildings, cloisters and quadrangles, explore the back streets and across cobblestone squares, all the while standing in the shadows of the famous 'dreaming spires'. The University has 38 independent, autonomous colleges and we will pass alongside several of these on your tour, including Christ Church, Merton, Oriel, Corpus Christi, Magdalen, University, Queens, All Souls, Hertford, Trinity, Balliol and St John's. On this walking tour of hallowed academia the walking tour will take you past the Bodleian Library, the Radcliffe Camera, Sheldonian Theatre. We end our visit to Oxford with some free time, a chance for you to explore further at your own leisure before we continue onto the next stop of our tour, the Warner Bros Studio Tour London: The Making of Harry Potter & Oxford.

We really enjoyed our time at the studio and at Oxford. Our guide Andrew was superb and very informative about Oxford. The staff at the Harry Potter Studios were very friendly and helpful

Oxford was a nice city to visit with impressive castle-style buildings. The Harry Potter Studio is also very good to see for Harry Potter fans. The tour guide really knows a lot about English history and Harry Potter.

Loved our experience with Rachel and touring Oxford with Chris. It was a full day but it flowed nicely. Oxford tour is fairly short which gives you time to explore on your own for about an hour. The Harry Potter experience is very cool! Parts of it got a little crowded but overall it was all cool to see.

I loved everything about the Harry Potter studio, it was so well done! We debated on doing the Oxford tour as well and are very glad we did. Such a cute city with lots of beauty. Debbie was our guide and she made it very entertaining and I felt that I learned a lot. She even went out of our way to help us learn even more after the tour was over. Thanks Debbie!

It was a great day! Oxford was incredible, the tour guide was wonderful. Our tour host was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I loved the quick English histories she shared while we were driving. It was so great to have the same bus take us to the various places! Made the day so much better and easier.

Our tour guide Mike was excellent! He made the bus ride to Oxford so interesting - he has tons of knowledge on the area and the Harry Potter books! When we got there Mike gave us a walking tour with fun facts on the colleges. The Harry Potter WB studios part was fun too and our time was well managed by Mike. The bus was great too - comfortable and clean. We definitely will be using International Friends again - thanks Mike!
