We booked this tour through our hotel concierge. The crew was very casual and kind of not interested in their job!! Also the snorkel place they took us was very crowded and the water also was actually not clear. We did not enjoy this trip at all…
And overall in Hawaii everything is really overrated and overpriced…You can have a lot more fun at half the price and much better people in Costa Rica…

We had a fantastic time and saw sea turtles! This company provides a don’t miss tour! It was easy to book and pay. Easy to find. They were informative and safe! Best of all, we saw a ton of fish and the turtles. The ride is not far at all. I highly recommend and will use them again when I return!

A lot of turtles!!!! It was very crowded due to other boats around. The boat staff were super friendly and it was very safe!! Recommend :) right amount of time.

We had a great time on this excursion. The snorkeling was awesome and we saw several sea turtles. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable!! A definite must do!

Would have to be the worst activity we did while in Hawaii !! My son in law cut his leg on a protruding piece of metal. The captain said it looked okay and not serious !! however after insisting on taking him back to shore to get to a medical centre he ended up with seven stitches and a bill for $1700 Australian dollars !! Their lack of empathy not to mention a totally inadequate first aid kit was massively disappointing. The end result is he and his wife (on their honeymoon) were refunded the cost of trip ........ no mention of the medical bill. The boat is NOT safe, needs a total overhaul, they should not be allowed to take people out with accidents waiting to happen !! Not to mention the crew having a joke at my son in law's expense saying it didn't warrant him going back to shore .... all done in earshot of his extended family !! We are in the process of taking this matter further trying to recover the medical expenses, as they should not be able to get away with it ! It ruined his honeymoon, not being able to go in the water for the remanding 5 days he was there !!!!

I had thought we had bought the max tickets and the boat was all for my group but that was not the case. Important to call the company and not just what viator allows you to book.
It was good just know it’s very very touristy. Tons of people in the water at the Turtle station.
Crew was awesome, professional and trustworthy.
Bring drinks and snacks. There are none on board.
Also be prepared to pee in the ocean 🤣

It was an amazing tour. Great staff, beautiful boat ride and swam with 3-4 different turtles. Well with the money. I would go again.
