They did A great job and the crew was fun and kind. I went solo and so did others! I got to meet some nice people and enjoy a gorgeous sunset on the water. Not to mention a turtle and the rainbow over the Waikiki skyline.

Maliha and Justin were outstanding! They diligently attended to all the guests, particularly our group of over 30 people. However, Amos was a different story. He nearly spoiled the experience. Despite some guests filling out forms in advance, not all of them were listed on the handwritten manifest he requested us to sign. When we attempted to add the missing names, he responded very rudely, accusing us of messing it up, threatening us, and then leaving abruptly.

Excellent hospitality from the crew! All very charming and welcoming to all. They had ginger ale for those who get nauseous and make sure you are comfortable!

Watch out for the guy named AMOS. He is definitely rude and a crybaby who likes to throw tantrums. He was disappointed with the way things were organized. But in actuality, we were supposed to be the ones to be disappointed. They sent us email to sign online before we go to the boat, but we ended up not finding our individual names on the list. So Amos asked us to individually write our names. We are a group of 40. And he threatens that if we mess up his manifest, he will physically kick us out of the boat. Take note owner of this company, someone thinks he owns the company. And he likes to throw tantrums in front of people. It is not great customer service. And you made a mistake in not writing down our names individually on the list. We registered we purchased individually and you did not write our names on the list. We also signed the online waiver that was sent to our email and you did not put our names on the list. The other 2 crew members were kinder and helped us after Amos threw tantrums.

Amos was very disorganized and disrespectful to our group. Manifest was not complete and our group of more than 30 people were asked to fill in the missing names. What is the purpose of signing up and completing electronic forms in advance if you want the guests to manually fill in the blanks in your manifest? We were even threatened that we would have to disembark and would have to go up again because our group was blamed for the messed up manifest. Maliha and Justin saved the day. The two provided great service. Both took care of the guests. Their service made up for the poor customer service we got from Amos.

Great crew . They were very organized. Had it going smoothly onto boat and getting started in a timely manner. Very friendly. It was a lovely time. Beautiful scenery.

Great cruise and service. I recommend making it clear that the launch is from the beach and to dress with that in mind. You enter through water. Shorts and flip flops. We were dressed too nicely.

We wish we could give a more accurate review of this sunset sail, but unfortunately we were unable to go on it. My husband got severely sick earlier in the day and they would not rebook us or let us get a refund.
I understand the 24 hour cancellation policy, but there was no way my husband would have been able to go on a boat that evening. I want in person to try to rebook it for the next day and they said I would not be able to. I tried calling multiple times that night to get it settled but they only said they would have to speak to a manager so I left a message. After finally getting through to someone the following evening about a refund, the manager said we could get on the cruise leaving in 5 minutes.....there was no way we would make it and we were leaving the following morning. I really wish the company was more understanding of the circumstances as we are now out a few hundred dollars.

The dynamic sight of the yellow boat plunging into the sand in the middle of Waikiki Beach is undeniably eye-catching.
We booked the day before and participated in a snorkeling tour.
We were grateful for the late departures of 10:30 and 12:30, and it was wonderful to be able to lounge on the beach and board the boat that arrived right in front of us when the time came.
It's strange that such a wonderful and convenient tour is not often introduced in Japan. It's the best tour for Japanese people who want to enjoy Honolulu in a limited amount of time!
On the snorkeling tour that my husband and I participated in, we anchored about 20 minutes offshore from the beach by boat and snorkeled for about 30 minutes.
We followed a friendly guide and observed fish and sea turtles.
We found several turtles. There were also many fish swimming around.
We were able to enjoy snorkeling safely as multiple guides were watching over us.
On the way back, we spent the boat drinking beer and soft drinks. We arrived at the beach with amazing views and surfers.
It was a great experience.
