First, we will give a brief explanation to our guests.
This is a course where you can eat various parts of Wagyu beef. You can also enjoy ingredients unique to Japan and seasonal alcoholic beverages.
Each of the 7 dishes will be paired with sake.
Course content changes depending on the season.

Amazing dinner with so much variety and every dish is good! Highly recommended, now I know why previous reviewers say they come back when they are in Tokyo, would love to be back again!

After years of living in Japan, this Wagyu and sake evening was one of the best experiences! The beef, the styles and types of dishes, the English menu, the host, and the chef were simply phenomenal. We are already planning another evening at EMC! If you’re visiting Japan, this is a must do in Tokyo!

The place where we had the pairing was very chic and clean. The food was delicious and the sake was well paired. Our host was very kind and had a lot of information to share. I would definitely, 100% recommend this experience!

Absolutely cannot recommend this experience enough. The guide was very knowledgeable and humorous. His English was well spoken and he was personable. The food was to die for. I will be speaking of the cutlet sandwich for the rest of my life. They make their own in house sauces which are amazingly tasty. The staff was efficient and the food presentation was beautiful the sake was delicious. Would absolutely attend again

This was an awesome experience. Highly, highly recommend it. The waghu and sake was excellent. The room we sat in was intimate, contemporary and we watched as our food was being prepared. The staff was attentive and informative. We had a last minute change to add 2 people. It was super easy to communication using the customer support button and the people were so accommodating and were able to set a different time so that we could all be together.

Last day in mu two week trip to tokyo. First time traveling to Japan. This was an excellent experience. Highly recommend. The dishes were amazing and the sake with them were all very interesting. I hope to bring my friends in the future.

Signing up for this one was a leap of faith for me. I've not had much sake in the past, but if there ever was a place...
I'm incredibly glad I did. The tasting menu was incredible and I'm now debating just how much sake I can get back on my suitcase.
