It was an amazing trip to the bullring where we got an inside view of the culture and tradition of the bull fight. "Jaime" the tour guide was excellent, very passionate about the subject and the Spanish culture. He made our visit very enjoyable and even went longer than expected as he patiently answered a number of our questions.

We had Carlos as a guide yesterday and he was fantastic! I cannot recommend this tour highly enough! We knew nothing of bullfighting prior to this and left as big fans. If you are in Madrid, this was a must see and make sure to ask for Carlos!!

Pablo my tour guide was very well informed and passionate about explaining the history of bullfighting and the inner workings of how it is performed and the preparation involved. He was very friendly and courteous and I would highly recommend him.

My husband booked this private tour of the bullring, and it was one of the highlights of our trip! Our tour guide, Carlos, was awesome, and we learned so much about bullfighting. We even got to go to the center of the ring and learn how to use the capes! We enjoyed the tour so much that we wanted to see a show before we left Madrid. Carlos was able to help us get tickets for the show the next evening, and without the amazing tour we would not have enjoyed it nearly as much. Highly recommend this experience and recommend Carlos as the tour guide because he will give you fun information and show you a great time around the bullring!

Guillermo was our tour guide and he was amazing, … funny and engaging. Very knowledgeable about the history of Corridas de Toros. One of the best experiences in our trip to Madrid.

If you have the chance to take this tour before seeing an actual bullfight, I would highly recommend. Our guide gave us the history of the tradition and how it has progressed. We learned about individual fighters and was given an opportunity to hold the pink and yellow cape (it's much heavier than it looks!) and red cape to get a better perspective on what the fighters have in the ring.

Las Ventas is definitely worth a visit and a must if you are planning a trip to Madrid.
The arena is spectacular and very impulsive when you see it. We were able to enjoy a guided tour with our excellent guide Pablo. He speaks excellent English, so there was a lot to take away and learn. Definitely a 5 star rating and 100% recommended! :)
