Our tour guide, Roberto, was a rock star! He was engaging, knowledgable, and made the tour both informative and fun. Could not have asked for a better guide.
The only downside to this experience is that whoever oversees this process does a very inefficient job of organizing things. We had to go to one location to present our vouchers before being escorted to a separate location for someone else to then take us to the Vatican museum entrance. While there, we waited in line to get in. Every single Vatican tour advertises itself as "skip the line" so basically none of them actually help you do so. We waited over an hour before after our tour start time until we finally got inside the Vatican where our guide was waiting for us.

The tour operator arrived very late to meet us and then the tour guide was flat and disappointing.
The Vatican City was amazing especially the Sistine chapel.
