We reserved a VIP tour for 6 on the smaller boat, which was guaranteed. When we got there, the tour boat operator indicated “we wish Viator would stop advertising that boat because it has been out of order”. We had to take the large boat made for groups of 15. Unacceptable, the company did not offer any compensation. It was very disappointing that we had to pay for a service we did not receive. How do we get our money back????

The air boat ride was great. The experience operator of the boat made the trip worth every dollar. Very well managed operion and friendly.

Captain Steve is cool and showed us many details about the lake and it’s animals! He is funny and recommended! We would always want him to be our captain!

Tanner was a fantastic guide. He was very knowledgeable and made the ride very fun. Appreciated him taking the time to find alligators and took the ride at great pace. Very nice location.

Captain Chris was fabulous. We saw tons of alligator, had a ball on the boat and really enjoyed the trip. Chris was informative and didn’t mind all of our questions. Would do it again!

Fun day on the lake. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The equipment was safe and well-maintained. 30 minutes was just the right amount of time.
