VIP Meet and Greet Fast Track Service is an ideal way to start your vacation on the tropical island of Antigua.
Warm personal welcome awaits when you exit your plane prior to entering the immigration area, and your VIP rep will then take you to a dedicated processing lane. Next, guests are guided through expedited passport processing and immigration clearance. A VIP rep will accompany guests to baggage claim and customs area. After this, guests will be directed to their chauffeured vehicle of the transfer company they booked with to transfer them to their vacationing resort.
Airport Transfers are not included in this service.
Guests are free to book with any transfer company, and still take advantage of this service.
Eagle Transfers and Tours will be happy to arrange transfers on the guests request.

Our greeter met us at the entrance to the airport ok.
However, they simply pointed us towards the Security, there was no real short-cut.
They met us again at baggage reclaim and pointed us towards customs, there was no real short-cut.
They marched us right past the Virgin Holidays rep right up to the end of the external transport line, where we waited for her colleague to advise our transport was booked via Virgin.
So we walked all the way back again, with our luggage.
Compared to other meet and greet experiences, where we have received a quicker service, this particular fast track was anything but.

Our flight was delayed by 25 hours due to a technical issue.
I called and texted the Meet & Greet number and advised them of the delay.
When we finally arrived at Bristol, there was our car ready to be collected.

Great set up on arrival, but struggling to walk he allocated a slot far away so was a struggle with cases for my wife and me with a hand luggage. On signing in in he said he would move the car to a disabled bay, which they duly did. The only problem we have now though is that someone there has pushed the wing mirrors in and theyre electronic on the car, hence we didnt notice until we got home. So now we have to take the car to Volvo to get the problem rectified, at a cost to us. So next yr even though were booked to fly from EMA, we wont be parking there if this is what happens to your car. Its a pity really because it was all good up to this point.

Quick and painless. Highly recommend using this service when clearing customs in St. John’s. It was less than 10 mins. Very professional attends met us and guided my wife and I through the process. A++

We were greeted by a lovely young lady and were directed through a speedy immigration channel, she then assisted us through customs and out to the short stay car park to find our hire car. There was an issue with our car but she remained with us until it was resolved.

We were directed, after entering the airport from the plane, where to go. We had a separate line which fast tracked us to a customs agent. The guides found us while we were waiting for our luggage and escorted us to were our transportation was located. Not sure it was worth the money though as there was not a long line at customs.

At first I wondered if it was worth purchasing this, IT DEFINITELY WAS. Our guide was waiting with a sign with pur name as promised. They took us to a priority line, the regular line was long. We did end up at baggage claim with others we traveled with, but we taken to our waiting van and were at resort unpacking by the time our friends got there.

We have used the VIP meet & greet, fast track on arrival at V. C. Bird, with transfers to and from Galley Bay Resort twice in the past six months. Every aspect of this service is first class and well worth the cost.
Personnel, including Stacey, who keeps you up to date and informed via email, the meet and greet person at the airport, who guides you quickly through customs then over to baggage (before the bags are even on the carousel) and then outside to meet your transport driver, and the drivers themselves are all very nice people; professional, courteous, friendly, happy and helpful.
We even had the pleasure of being driven back to the airport last week by Desnie, who owns the company. After conversing with him for the half hour drive, my wife and I really understand why his staff all like their jobs and why the company is so well run.

Fast pass was great. Very easy to navigate though customs lines were short so didn’t on reality save us too much time. Would use again.

What a total waste of money
The guy simply accompanied us Down the Lift and that was it !!
We had to find our Transfer
We would have been better to make our own way
