We arrived at our meeting point and met our guide Ben. Ben was very knowledgeable on the history of the Tower of London and spun some great tales! Getting the opportunity to witness the ceremonial opening of the Tower a few minutes before 9:00 with the Beefeater was extra special. We would highly recommend as a guide and this tour!

Amazing tour! I have been fortunate enough to explore the tower 3 times, but this by far was my best tour. We were given history along with time to wander on our own. The opening ceremony was amazing to watch. Highly recommend!

The Early Access tour was worth the early start. The morning ceremony and easy entry to the Crown Jewel exhibit was great. The Tower of London Complex was really interesting. Topped off with a walk up to the top of the Tower Bridge. Ben was a great tour guide!

Our tour guide was the worst I don’t even know her name. She was not at the designated kmeeting spot due to rain had to call the tour company. Other people saw us and guided us to where she was she didn’t speak much, and when she did softly, we didn’t learn anything we were not informed that the tower of London had so many stairs, and if there were elevators, we were not told of them, she left us on our own time. We were supposed to meet back at 11:15 we were there at 11 and she left without the whole group and she didn’t leave their tickets anywhere for them to find she dumped us off at the tower bridge and left. She really shouldn’t be giving tours if she’s that disinterested . When I asked a question, she shushed me and told me she was getting to it. She had no identifying objects such as an umbrella clipboard sign to identify by her as a guide, and to follow her the tour cost 300+ US dollars for me and my daughter, and it was just awful. We could’ve done everything we did with her on our own. It was a terrible waste of money.

The guide was knowledgeable, and the early entry was perfect. Overall a good tour.i definitely would take this tour again.

The Tower of London is an important landmark. We felt it important to share with our older teenagers. The beefeater was extremely knowledgeable, funny, and friendly. We greatly enjoyed our experience with the opening ceremony.
The information provided by the Tower of London staff was far more insightful than what was presented by this tour.
Our guide however, was very knowledgeable but rude and disrespectful when asked questions. She cut corners (we walked right past Traitors Gate on the exterior of the Castle without any comment about its importance) She did make an attempt to explain herself after we had entered the edifice. She frequently mumbled her explanations and when asked to clarify she talked right over the guests questions.
She was late for the initial gathering. Because of her lack of self awareness and disrespectful demeanor, we elected to discontinue her tour of the London Bridge.

Our tour guide was incredibly informative and shared historical info about the royals. The Tower of London can get very crowded, so paying additional was worth it start earlier to avoid some of the crowds. For us, the bridge entry was an interesting addition, but not as high priority to experience. This was a very well organized tour and we highly recommend it.
