It was a very nice experience, the attention of the staff was really special and exclusive!
Very attentive, a pleasant atmosphere at the base before flying.
During the flight we were able to hire additional drone photographs, and in addition to the pilot we had a person who accompanied us and also helped us with several photographs.
And upon arrival a delicious wine!
An experience worth repeating!

I always wanted to live the experience of getting on one of these balloons, and I don't regret doing it at all. The attention and service are very good, the package they offer is quite complete.

An amazing adventure all around. Hermes was a great driver, and very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. The ballon ride was an unforgettable experience. The pyramid were spectacular to see from air and ground. Highly recommended.

Everything was incredible! Misael and Regina were punctual, polite and very informative. Marcos our pilot was also very kind and made sure we were comfortable. And our tour guide Christian knew so much and was very passionate about the history of the area. Important to note that the cheaper options will often load more people in your hot air balloon. I was very glad to have paid more, we ended up being our party of 4 + 1 other guest. It was perfect! Overall such a hospitable, sweet and professional group of people.

We had a great experience, a little higher priced than other tours we saw online but it includes so much! A driver, Misael, who is fantastic and informational, a photographer, Regina, who is kind and thoughtful, a hot air balloon ride with coffee pre-boarding and champagne at the end, Marco the pilot, who is experienced and professional, lunch at a delicious local restaurant and a tour of the pyramids by Christian, who is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Pick up was at 5:30 am and we got back to our place by 1:00pm. Overall, very happy with our experience and highly recommend.

Had a great time! Was taken care of from start to finish! The hot air balloon was amazing and the footage even better! Enjoyed the breakfast privately and a spacious ride to and from.
