Start by meeting at a central point in Paris and transfer by bus to Versailles. Upon arrival, access the palace through a separate entrance. Then, discover the opulence, beauty, and history of the palace on an interactive guided tour.
During the 90-minute tour, see the State Apartments, the King's Bedroom, and the emblematic Hall of Mirrors. Learn about the main figures of the French monarchy, from King Louis XIV to Marie Antoinette. Hear about the many fascinating historical events that took place in the palace's rooms.
After your tour of the palace, take some free time to stroll around the beautiful French Gardens. After some time exploring the gardens by yourself, hop back on the bus for your journey back to central Paris.

Amazing… great tour, beautiful and our tour guide was full of information. It rained so we didn’t get to spend as much time in the gardens as we wanted.

Everything was nice only exception is I purchased a t-shirt from the Palace gift shop and the sales clerk failed to remove the theft magnetic tag and I didn’t notice it until I was packing to go home so now I have a shirt I can’t use, very disappointed

The Versailles chateau was impressive but much more crowded than we expected and it was not easy to see the rooms because of the cramped condition. The guide was informative and the headsets critical to hearing her. To her credit she encouraged us to move through the crowd. A couple problems could have been avoided: we waited in the cold much too long before and after the tour, due to waiting for the site guide (before the tour) and for no-show passengers (after, probably 30+ minutes, shame on them). The site guide also misinformed us about restrooms, saying there are none after the tour is finished. Luckily we asked a Versaille employee and were able to use the W.C. before returning to the bus. As if not busy enough, our guide cheerfully pushed one of two wheelchairs in our tour while describing the site. A good sport.

Our guide Tiffan was very helpful and knowledgeable. We wish the tour included more of the fine art history. We wish we had more time at the gardens. Gardens was our favorite part.

No question, the prebooking of the tour was very valuable for three reasons: a comfortable bus ride from Paris with all the pre-olympic traffic interruptions; the ease of access to the Palace without a waiting line; and the great advantage of an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide, Mauro. Be advised: few restrooms and long lines!

The tour guide was great! It was way too crowded which made the experience miserable. I've been before and it was never this bad. They need to sell less tickets - I will not go again.

All in all this experience was very good. The logistics of getting to and from were simple and the time was about right (for us). The palace tour guide was great! But the tour was packed and at times hard to follow along because of the pace at which we were moving and how many other people were there.

The bet part of this was Mauro our leader, he made the tour exciting and come to life. If you could choose a leader it would be him.

Very disappoointing, trip was badly organised, very rushed. Too many tours booked, we only saw a few rooms, and two small gardens!

Moran (?spelling) was our guide and he was wonderful, as a guide but also show his amazing qualities as a human! A man that was NOT in our group fell in the parking lot and this very nice person helped him to a safe space. Great information shared with the group about the space and history of our location. Thank you
