We arrived 15’ earlier to the exact location. It was raining hard after waiting and waiting we divided to leave thinking the tour was cancelled. I already wrote to the company, I want a full refund.

Our tour guide, Cosette, was excellent. She is so knowledgeable about so many things we were seeing and telling us about the history of the Louvre itself. I would give her a “10”!!
The only negative was the lack of clarity on the location of the meeting point. It is a huge area, so why not say the meeting point is beside the statue of Louis 14??

Our group guide Omar was fantastic, very knowledgeable and had a fun way of explaining the palace. The bus to and from Paris was nice and comfortable.
Maybe incorporate a guided tour of the gardens for an hour in the package provided and add a WhatsApp number to the contact information on the voucher.

This tour was just ok in my opinion. The transfer from Paris was easy to find and comfortable. They had the tickets for the palace and the gardens for us already, which was convenient. There was a guide through the palace, but it was so crowded that it was hard to follow him. I'm not really sure I gained much from having the guide. However, I think it would have been nice to have a guide in the gardens, but we did not.

When we originally booked our tour we were given a starting address for tour. We were at that spot to begin our tour and discovered they had changed the pick up location and we missed our tour, no refund or credit was discussed. We had already taken five other Viator tours on this trip with no problem. I am making a long story short but beware of Viator.
