Great tour! Because our tour group was on the smaller side, we took a van transport which was very nice. I will note, and no fault of the company's but there was a very sick family on the bus with us, coughing heavily/ blowing their nose / clearly very sick and sitting directly across from us. This caused another couple in the group to end up taking a taxi to return (Which we considered as well). The tour itself was excellent, Natalia was very knowledgeable and not only was well informed of all the history, added some humor into the tour. The pace was excellent and we felt like we were able to comfortably see everything, smoothly moving from room to room. While a little crowded, it was not unbearable. Since it was winter, we had the opportunity to go outside but the gardens were not visible. Which was ok, because the grounds are still breathtaking. We had more than enough time to go through the guided tour, view some rooms solo and even get something to eat in the cafe. The cafe was delicious! The person working at the counter was slightly frustrated that we were English speaking however, that would be no fault of the tour company's. Timing wise, we had more than enough time and even had several minutes to admire the exterior. The ride back was enjoyable (minus the sick passengers who at this point were coughing so much the driver rolled the windows down); we were able to see a lot of sights and even the Eiffel Tower on our drive back. Thank you to our guide, Natalia who gave us a lot of information and made our experience enjoyable!

This tour was very well organized and on time. Our driver was so skilled, getting through narrow streets and traffic. And the organizer did a great job of getting us all checked in and providing the information we needed for the day. Once at Versailles, our guide, Mauro, was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and considerate of everyone in the group and we came out with much more knowledge than we started with. We were very happy that we went with a guided tour as we would have missed out on so much information.
We found the length of the tour very appropriate, and enjoyed the free time at the end to explore the gardens. There was a lot more to see, however, by the end of the tour we felt we had had enough. We appreciated the option of finding our own way back to Paris by bus if we wanted to stay longer, but did not need it.

Our meetup spot and getting to Versailles via bus was seamless. Our morning tour inside lasted about an hour. Frederick was knowledgeable and funny. We had almost an additional two hours to explore on our own, which was nice. Would love to come back in warmer weather to see the gardens in bloom and the fountain show. Overall, it was a good tour.

The tour guide Fredrick was amazing & gave lots of great information on Versailles! It was easy and best way to see Versailles & garden . The tour group was only 25 people .

The tour coordinator and guide was very helpful. Overall a pleasant experience. The palace is worth seeing and only wish the tour included more rooms.

The guide at Versailles seemed bored and annoyed with having to do his job. The nnus driver and girls that met us initially were very good.
