The tour was a convenient, comfortable, and well-run experience. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly. The bus did not, in fact, have a bathroom — or rather, it had one we were not allowed to use. That was very inconvenient, because the bathroom lines (for women) were absolutely prohibitive at these two packed locations. A bathroom would do a lot to alleviate the time crunch of the visits to each location. The locations were insanely packed, which is not in the control of the tour group. But it is difficult on this schedule to enjoy them. But I would recommend the tour, it overall was a very good experience. The tour guides took good care of us, and getting in as a group is more or less the only way to manage visiting these sites.

The day was a disappointment. We had 2 very enjoyable guides. Both places were extremely crowded and I did not feel I came away with the knowledge/experience I was anticipating. I felt very rushed through Giverney. I barely experienced the gardens or the hose. It was like herding cattle. Versailles was even worse. Loud, barely understood our guide through the headset, I missed so much. The crowd was ridiculous, shoving, jostling, loud. Babies strollers, small children running around. It was a very frustrating experience. Again, it was not the guides fault in any way. If you are at all claustrophobic, this tour is not for you! I am not claustrophobic and these crowds were overwhelming. I realize to do 2 tours in one day you must stick to a schedule, the crowds and noise and being herded took away all the pleasure of the day

Manuella was a very good guide. The bus, however, was disgusting with dirt particles on the pulldown tray and foggy window due to broken seal allowing moisture to get thru and obscure our view. I feel I should get a discount and some money back.

This trip was one of the highlights of our visit to Paris!! Giverny was beautiful. We had just the right amount of time to enjoy it, before heading to a lovely lunch and a quick overview of Versailles. The Versailles portion felt a little bit rushed, but it was worth it to fit so much into one day!

Too much detail given in each room in Versailles Palace leaving no time for the washroom and very little time in the gardens. The detail needs to be streamlined. Guide was very knowledgeable and spoke well.

The Monet garden was lovely. But felt rushed the entire time. Long bathroom line & long gift shop lines and rush to the bus did not allow time to see the home.

Lunch was in a lovely setting but again rushed.,did not get to finish or have coffee in a rush to get to the bus.
Was promised free time at the Louvre for the garden but no time left.. long wait to get in. In @ 1520...had to rush to the bus @ 1650.
Did not deliver as promised. Thar tour could have been lovely...but not nearly enough time to enjoy the experience.

Our guide Steve was very knowledgeable and kept us engaged but the timing is critical and was sad we didn’t get much time in the gardens in Versailles. The lunch location was a quaint spot! We enjoyed it.
