No accommodation was available for hearing impaired persons. I have gone on other tours where written material, usually a small binder, was available providing the information on each stop on the tour. Without this written material the tour just consisted of standing around, looking at things without context, and waiting for the group to move on. While the guide appeared knowledgeable i really would have no way to verify that. I would appreciate a refund.

The Palace and grounds are spectacular to see. The downside is the crowds. I get that everyone wants to see it, but they should put a limit on people per hour or something. You're packed in like sardines.

Great tour disappointed in garden area torn up in preparation for Olympic Games but, that can’t be helped. Tour guide was a little breathy with commentary and rooms became crowded as tour went on. Good pace otherwise.

The trip was well-organized and Fabio was fabulous. He is extremely knowledges, efficient and patient. The palace tour was amazing, though so crowded. The only disappointment for the day was the two main floral gardens were out of commission and they were replacing all the topsoil for the Olympics, so I guess we will have to watch the event on TV so we can see them. The tour is well worth it!

Seeing the gardens was the best part, unfortunately we spent much too long a time viewing the rooms, due to very overcrowded conditions and lengthy dialog from the guide. By the time we finished manuevering the massive crowds inside ,we had no time left to enjoy exploring the gardens or to get food before we had to return to the bus. I don’t think it was worth the money. It was very disappointing!
