Amillia the tour guide was good. The palace was spectacular.
The gardens were clean but would have liked to see the statues which were covered due to winter. But overall it was a worth it trip.

Leonor my guide was just phenomenal. She was able to give us a lot of behind-the-scenes history which made the tour even more enjoyable.

absolute mayhem catching the allocated bus at the Pullman hotel near the Eiffel tower. Was traffic and people everywhere and didn't help the Roland Garos tennis stars were all staying their too. Tour staff eventually lead me to the correct bus and we were away. Our guide was informative of what was going to happen and when. Was a real early start to the day but upon arrival at Versailles i could guess why. What a line up of people waiting to get in.... But of course this was skip the line trip and around the corner we went and straight in!. Was very crowded inside but of course what else would you expect in peak tourist season. I wandered around in amazement for what seemed like all day. Met the tour guide back at the assigned spot at the time he said, loaded up and back to Paris we went. I can't blame the tour company for the crowds or the traffic so considering this they did an alright job. I would recommend the tour.

I would say better to do the tour on your own. Guide not needed and you can move at your own pace.
The guide also didn’t share much about the gardens or fountains

We're lucky we arrived a few mins early as the bus doesn't wait until departure time of 8:30am. Our tour guide also struggled to speak in English so it made it very difficult to understand what she was saying and it was extremely hard to follow along. The facts provided were not entertaining at all and it all just felt like a bore. We were also late BY THIRTY SECONDS and the bus left without us and we had to figure out our own ride back. Extremely unorganized. Thanks for leaving us stranded.
