This tour was great except something was missed.
The pickup was on time; the driver was friendly.
The waiting time at the entrance was a little longer than expected.
The palace and the gardens are wonderful; definitely better see than describe it :)
Our guide Patrick was amazing; he explained briefly but very informative about every single room we passed through. Very friendly and attentive to the group.
Then we had a free time at the gardens.
We chose the tour on the dates when we can experience musical gardens and fountain show. According to tour description the fountains show will work mostly on holidays (the tickets with fountains are sold only on these days).
1 of fountains supposed to run every 10 min, another every 15 min according to the map. Unfortunately, we were waiting for 1.5 hours in the gardens and didn't see any of them to work; very disappointing.
Amazing gardens, not enough time to see all; if want to spend more time at gardens, better to choose a different duration.

Our guide Phillipe was really amazing! Provided us with interesting history and he made it fun and interesting. He is very nice, and anyone would be lucky to take a tour with him. Loved it!

The hotel pickup was on time and efficient. Our tour of the palace had only 8 people and the guide was interesting and encouraged questions. We opted for the full day tour and spent the afternoon in the gardens of Versailles, Grand and Petite Trianons and the Versailles Hamlet. Pickup at 5 pm was prompt. A low stress way to enjoy Versailles.

It was a great experience they picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. The driver was friendly and helpful. The tour guide was absolutely awesome. And the skip the line was great.

A beautiful place, really spectacular; a little less picturesque than normal, because of the construction work underway for the Olympics, but still very much worth the visit! Transportation was very very good; on time! Tour guide was informative and although a little hard to understand, very good. Unfortunately, she was not fully knowledgeable of the rules of the place in terms of getting in and out of the palace and gardens; once you leave, very hard to recenter and the tickets she had were electronic for us; she had no way to transfer them to us. We ended up managing, so still very much worth doing!

Very well guided tour. Our guide Philipe was knowledgeable and courteous throughout the tour. The pace was perfect and he reminded us of expected locations to really protect your personal items from the pick pocketing. Would highly recommend your.

We enjoyed seeing the Hall of Mirrors. The gilded gates and church gates were beautiful. However, we felt tour was overpriced.

Our guide Phillipe was outstanding. He was well versed in the history of Versailles. He was generous in his knowledge, and time. He welcomed questions and discussion. We were impressed and pleased with his guiding.
Our drivers were both outstanding, also. They were punctual and clear in instructions on pickup, our arrival at Versaille connecting with our tour guide, and our return to our hotel.
