The vendor never came and did not communicate to let us know he was not picking us up. Emailed me 11:45 pm to let me know address was not accurate - after 1 hr of texting while on train to destination, he dropped the texting and just didn't arrive.

We were met at the train station by Paolo who was very gracious and helpful. We will definitely use this again.

Our provider greeted us at the end of our train platform with a sign. She walked us to the spot where our water taxi was pulling up, we loaded and were on our way in minutes. So easy, so worth it!
