Our guide was a lady very knowledgeable and willing to share her knowledge and experience. Our tour was very intimate and she gave her full energy, appreciate it!

I’ve used other tours in the past and was very happy, not at all my experience this time! Finding the meeting spot was almost impossible between misinformation in the description, flooding in the square & major construction. We left with plenty of time, but ended up missing our tour. Once we finally found the meeting location, the borderline rude employee kept telling us we were late & missed our tour and made no attempt to assist. I was able to finally collect our entry tickets so we could at least get in. Really disappointed- directions need to be corrected!

Our guide, Diana, was very interesting and knowledgeable. I had booked this tour only a few weeks ago, and it was the only one left with our short timing constraints. As it happened, I was not able to go on the entire tour because of the status up to the second floor. But my husband was able to go without me, and even he had a difficult time on the stairs being 6'2! The inside of the church has to be the most gorgeous place in earth!

What an amazing experience it was to visit St. Mark Basilica in Venice! I could not believe that I was taken back to a time that was thousands of years ago! Our tour guide, Deanna, was not only knowledgeable but made me feel that I was actually present during the construction of this beautiful Basilica. This is an amazing experience not to be missed when you visit Venice!
