We never went to the tour.
First of all we choose this tour because our hotel was close to the Santa Lucia train station. After they received the payment they contact me that they had operational issues and that they had to change the time of the tour and also remove the option of Torcello. Because we wanted to visit Torcello too, they told us to move the date 2 days later. One day prior the tour they send me the new tickets and it was written that the starting point was St. Marco Square (which it was like 35 minutes walking distance from our hotel). I have send them a message that we choose starting point to be the train station and their answer was "all the info are on the tickets" and they never answered again. When i asked them for a refund, i still didnt get an answer and i couldnt request for a full refund because the first booking date was already 48 hours ago. So i have send message to Viator to make the request. At first Viator told me that i cant make request because i have 24 hours prior tour the option to cancel. I have explained to them that it wasnt my fault and they contact the guy. The first time the "professional" said no for refund but after i explained to vaitor and show them our messages they contact them again and proceed the refund.
